This Privacy Policy explains how the Holoy app (the "App") handles your information.
The data you enter in the App — including reflections, resets, and playbooks — is stored privately on your device. This content is not sent to us, and we cannot access it.
The App does not require an account and does not use advertising identifiers or third-party tracking. We do not collect personal information for our own use.
If you purchase a subscription, the purchase is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service, to verify and manage your subscription status. RevenueCat receives purchase events and an anonymous, app-generated identifier; it does not receive your reflections. Apple handles all payment details, which we never see.
Information is used only to provide the App: to store your data on your device, and to manage your subscription and access to paid features.
We do not sell your information. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the App — Apple (iCloud and payments) and RevenueCat (subscription management).
Your data remains on your device until you remove it. You can delete it by removing the App.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data — such as to access, correct, delete, or export it, or to object to certain processing (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), and to know what is collected and opt out of its "sale" (under the California CCPA). You can remove your data by deleting the App. We do not sell personal data.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data involved. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
